This Privacy Policy describes how RSU Property Management Corp (“RSU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit rsupropertymanagement.com or contact us about leasing space at Polo Shopping Center.

RSU Property Management Corp is the data controller for personal information collected through this Site.

Definitions

• “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be linked to a specific individual or household.
• “Process” means any operation performed on Personal Information, such as collection, storage, use, disclosure, or deletion.
• “Service Provider” means a third party that processes Personal Information on our behalf under a written contract, such as our hosting, database, email, and analytics vendors.
• “Site” means rsupropertymanagement.com and any related pages we operate.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, phone number, the suite or business type you are interested in, and any message you include.
• Email correspondence: any information you include when you email us directly.
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and performance. These server logs are automatically deleted by Vercel according to their retention schedule.
• Product analytics: we use PostHog to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, clicks, session duration). PostHog stores a first-party cookie or local-storage identifier so we can measure repeat visits. We use anonymous profiles by default and do not link analytics events to your name or email unless you submit a form.
• Advertising measurement: we use the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) to measure the performance of advertising campaigns that may bring visitors to the Site. Google may set cookies to attribute conversions (such as a lead form submission) to an ad click. Google processes this data as our service provider and may also use it under its own policies. How we use information

• To respond to leasing inquiries and schedule tours.
• To communicate with current and prospective tenants.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers

We share limited information with vendors that help us run this site and respond to inquiries. They are contractually required to protect it:

• Vercel – website hosting and edge delivery.
• Supabase – database and file storage for listings and leads.
• Resend – transactional email delivery for lead notifications.
• Cloudflare – DNS and content delivery.
• PostHog – product analytics (page views and usage events).
• Google – advertising measurement and conversion tracking via the Google Ads tag.

International transfers

Our service providers operate global networks. Some technical data may be processed on servers located outside your state or country. Where required, we rely on standard contractual protections offered by these providers to safeguard your information.

Data retention

Lead submissions are retained for as long as needed to manage the inquiry and keep historical leasing records, typically up to seven years. You may request earlier deletion using the contact info below.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act), you may have the right to:

• Know what information we hold about you.
• Request a copy or correction.
• Request deletion.
• Opt out of any future sale or targeted advertising (we do not currently engage in either).

You may withdraw consent to optional data uses (such as product analytics) at any time by emailing the address above, and we will honor the request on subsequent visits.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS, hosted authentication, and access controls on the leasing database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This site is intended for prospective commercial tenants and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above will be updated when we do.
